Privacy Policy — F23 Torque Video Uploader

This policy covers the F23 Torque Video Uploader, an internal tool used by Fourteen23 Fitness ("F23 Torque," "we," "us") to publish exercise training videos to the F23 Torque YouTube channel.

What this tool does

The F23 Torque Video Uploader is an internal, single-operator application. It is not distributed to the public, has no external users, and is not an app or service that anyone outside F23 Torque logs into or interacts with. It connects to the YouTube Data API solely to:

• Upload exercise training videos to the F23 Torque YouTube channel
• Organize those videos into playlists on the F23 Torque YouTube channel

What data we access

This tool accesses only the F23 Torque YouTube channel's own account data, authorized via Google OAuth by the channel owner. It does not access, read, or process data belonging to any other YouTube channel, user, or viewer.

We do not collect, view, or store data about people who watch F23 Torque's YouTube videos.

What data we store

Google account authorization tokens (used to maintain access to the F23 Torque YouTube channel without repeated logins) are stored locally on F23 Torque's own systems. These tokens are not transmitted to, or accessible by, any third party.

No end-user personal data is collected, stored, or processed by this tool.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data accessed through the YouTube Data API with third parties. Data accessed through the API is used exclusively to operate the F23 Torque YouTube channel.

YouTube API Services

This tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The Google account authorization granted to this tool can be revoked at any time by the account owner at Google Account permissions. Revoking access immediately stops the tool from uploading videos or managing playlists on the channel; no local authorization data persists beyond that revocation on the next run.

Advertising

This tool does not use any data for advertising purposes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the tool's use of the YouTube Data API changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
