Learn More about TPI!

The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) is the global leader in golf-specific performance education. Their approach centers around the Body-Swing Connection™—the idea that the most efficient swing for each golfer is entirely dependent on their physical capabilities.

Since 2003, TPI has evaluated thousands of athletes using cutting-edge screening tools, motion capture, and physical assessments to identify how physical limitations affect swing mechanics and injury risk. Their data-driven insights form the backbone of their certifications and player development models.

TPI does not promote a “one-size-fits-all” swing, but instead helps players discover the most efficient swing possible based on their body. Certified professionals assess mobility, stability, and movement quality, then guide athletes through corrective exercises, performance training, and biomechanical refinement.

With a global network of certified coaches, trainers, and medical professionals, TPI ensures that athletes of all skill levels—from amateurs to elite professionals—can tap into a proven system designed to optimize performance and longevity in the game.

Learn More about OBU!

OnBase University (OnBaseU) is a performance education platform that bridges the gap between body mechanics and baseball/softball technique. Their central philosophy revolves around the Body-Baseball Connection™, teaching that physical limitations are often the root cause of technical breakdowns.

OnBaseU Certified professionals are trained to assess sport-specific movement patterns—such as pitching, hitting, and throwing—and identify whether an athlete’s body can support those patterns efficiently. From mobility and sequencing issues to strength imbalances, OnBaseU’s tools help coaches understand why an athlete may struggle to execute certain mechanics.

The goal is not to teach a single “perfect” swing or throw, but to match mechanics to what the athlete’s body can actually do. This leads to fewer injuries, better skill acquisition, and faster development over time.

OnBaseU’s certifications are built by leading experts in the coaching, medical, and sports science communities, making it one of the most advanced and trusted systems in baseball and softball development.
