01  /  The Protocol

One Test.
Complete Picture.

PEAK Testing is a 10-event performance assessment built around four pillars — Power, Endurance, Athleticism, and Kinematics (P.E.A.K.). Every result is benchmarked against normalized data for the athlete's age group, so a score isn't just a number — it's a real comparison to where they should be, and where they actually are.

02  /  The Four Pillars

What P.E.A.K.
Stands For.

Power
P  /  Pillar 1 of 4

Power

30% of score  ·  4 events

Strength + speed. Move often, move moderately heavy, and move with intent. The goal is not just to be strong — it is to apply force quickly and efficiently.

Endurance
E  /  Pillar 2 of 4

Endurance

25% of score  ·  2 events

Build repeatable performance without unnecessary fatigue. Muscular and cardiovascular endurance support recovery, output consistency, and the ability to handle repeated effort.

Athleticism
A  /  Pillar 3 of 4

Athleticism

25% of score  ·  3 events

Agility, coordination, stability, control, and accessory work all matter. This is where movement quality, deceleration, body control, and joint support are built.

Kinematics
K  /  Pillar 4 of 4

Kinematics

20% of score  ·  1 event

Mobility + sequencing. Athletes need to access the right positions and move through them efficiently. This is what allows power to look smooth, fast, and effortless.

03  /  The Events

Ten Events.
Fully Benchmarked.

Each pillar breaks down into specific test slots. The exact protocol behind each one is proprietary — here's what's being measured.

Power  ·  4 Events
  • Upper Push
  • Lower / Squat
  • Rotational
  • Grip / Accessory
Endurance  ·  2 Events
  • Anaerobic
  • Aerobic
Athleticism  ·  3 Events
  • Change of Direction
  • Linear Speed
  • Reaction

04  /  The Score

Know Exactly
Where You Stand.

Every PEAK Test produces one composite PEAK Score, plus a breakdown across all four pillars — so you can see overall standing at a glance, and dig into exactly which pillar needs the most work. Every result is measured against normalized data for the athlete's age group, not a generic adult standard, so the comparison is always fair and specific. Retest over time to track real progress, not just raw numbers.
