02  /  Training Philosophy

How We Build Athletes.

Training isn't about making athletes feel like they worked hard — it's about improving the qualities that actually move the needle on the course. Two ideas drive everything we program.

Principle 01

The Power Equation

Rotational power is not just about strength. It is the result of how well strength, mobility, and sequencing work together.

Strength+ Mobility+ Sequencing= Power

Strength

Creates the base

Strength gives the athlete force potential.

Mobility

Creates access

Mobility allows the body to reach the positions needed to create and transfer that force.

Sequencing

Creates transfer

Sequencing determines how efficiently energy stacks and moves through the chain. When one is missing, the athlete leaks output.

Principle 02

P.E.A.K. Performance Framework

The four pillars behind our programming and our PEAK Performance Testing.

P

Power

Strength + speed. Move often, move moderately heavy, and move with intent. The goal is not just to be strong — it is to apply force quickly and efficiently.

E

Endurance

Build repeatable performance without unnecessary fatigue. Muscular and cardiovascular endurance support recovery, output consistency, and the ability to handle repeated effort.

A

Athleticism

Agility, coordination, stability, control, and accessory work all matter. This is where movement quality, deceleration, body control, and joint support are built.

K

Kinematics

Mobility + sequencing. Athletes need to access the right positions and move through them efficiently. This is what allows power to look smooth, fast, and effortless.
