A New Standard for Athlete Development
The Partnership
Coaching & Science,
Under One Roof
Georgia Golf Performance and F23 Torque Sports Performance have joined forces to bring GGP athletes a fully integrated development system — elite golf instruction combined with data-driven physical training, all working from the same plan.

Block 1 — Fall 2026 · Off-Season
The Off-Season Is Where It Happens
The fall is pre-season. This is where the biggest physical gains are made — the ones that show up when the season starts. You don't wait until you need performance to start training. You prepare in advance so you arrive ready. The off-season block builds the foundation: rotational power, lower body strength, mobility, and the athletic base every swing depends on.
Training Platform
F23 Torque App
Your athlete's full program lives in the app — available anytime, built around their schedule and the block's goals.
Daily Programming
Full workout details with technique cues, sets, reps, and load targets for every session.
Progress Tracking
Session logs and performance trends charted across the full block.
AI Performance Coach
24/7 in-app coaching assistant trained directly by Briggs and GGP staff — answers questions and guides athletes in real time.
Remote Coaching (Add-On)
Available upon request — direct access to Briggs, video analysis, and specific program adjustments.
Performance Testing
P.E.A.K. Testing —
Before & After Every Block
A 10-event athletic assessment benchmarked against age-group norms. Athletes score across four pillars and receive a full report — pillar breakdowns, a PEAK Score out of 100, and training recommendations.
Power
Explosive output & strength
Endurance
Aerobic capacity & sustained effort
Athleticism
Speed, agility & reaction time
Kinematics
Rotation, mobility & movement quality
PEAK Testing is recommended but not required for app access. Athletes who test receive personalized benchmarks and progress data across every block. Testing takes approximately 45 minutes.
